What is VeriVault?

VeriVault is India's premier digital export document management and verification platform. It provides MSME exporters a single-window control center to manage shipment documents, track customs clearance, monitor payments, and share verified documents securely with buyers, banks, and customs agents.

Is Aadhaar eSign legally valid?

Yes. Aadhaar-based eSign is legally valid under IT Act 2000 Section 3A and the eSign framework notified by MeitY. Documents signed via Aadhaar eSign are admissible as evidence and accepted by banks and government agencies. VeriVault uses the UIDAI/NSDL gateway — your Aadhaar number is never stored on our servers.

Who can access my shipment documents?

You control access completely. As the exporter, you assign view-only access to buyers, bank officers, and customs agents. Each stakeholder sees only the information relevant to their role — buyers don't see your payment details, banks don't see buyer private information.

What certifications does VeriVault hold?

VeriVault is compliant with DPDPA 2023 (Digital Personal Data Protection Act), IT Act 2000 §3A, and targets ISO 27001 certification. All data is hosted on AWS Mumbai Region (RBI-compliant Indian servers) with 256-bit encryption.

What is a QR Shipment Jacket?

A QR Shipment Jacket is a secure, scannable QR code that gives any authorized stakeholder instant access to all verified shipment documents. When a bank officer or customs agent scans the QR, they see the complete document set with verification status — eliminating email chains and reducing clearance time from 15–20 days to 2–3 days.

Our Story

VeriVault was born from a real problem. Our founder, Mohit, an MSME exporter from Rohtak, Haryana, experienced firsthand how document errors and bank verification delays blocked export payments for weeks. After investing personal savings into his export business — Mohit Agro and Spices — and learning AI automation, he built VeriVault to solve exactly this problem.

Today VeriVault serves MSME exporters, freight forwarders, customs agents, and banks — bringing trust and speed to India's export ecosystem.

Data We Collect

VeriVault collects only the minimum data necessary: your name, business email (stored as SHA-256 hash), phone (stored as SHA-256 hash), company name, IEC code, and shipment documents you upload. We never store Aadhaar numbers — these are processed by UIDAI/NSDL gateway only.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the VeriVault shipment management service. We do not sell, share, or monetize your data with any third parties. All data is hosted on AWS Mumbai Region (India) in compliance with RBI data localization guidelines.

Your Rights (DPDPA 2023)

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to: (1) Access your personal data, (2) Correct inaccurate data, (3) Erase your data within 30 days of request, (4) Withdraw consent at any time, (5) Receive your data in a portable format. Contact: privacy@verivault.in

Platform Role

VeriVault is a document management and access facilitation platform only. It does not certify, validate, or guarantee the authenticity of any documents uploaded by users. All parties remain responsible for verifying document authenticity through official channels including ICEGATE, banking institutions, shipping lines, and government agencies.

User Obligations

Users must: (1) Upload only authentic, legally valid documents, (2) Not misrepresent shipment information, (3) Ensure all certifications and licenses are current and valid, (4) Comply with applicable Indian and international trade laws, (5) Maintain confidentiality of their account credentials.

Limitation of Liability

VeriVault shall not be liable for any payment disputes, customs delays, or legal issues arising from the content of documents uploaded by users. VeriVault's liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Rohtak, Haryana, India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
